Section 2 - Product Representation & Disclaimers

Digital Illustration Note: We make every effort to display our apparel accurately. However, product mockups and on-model visual representations may utilize AI-generated imagery for illustrative purposes. Actual print scale, positioning, fabric texture, and color rendering may vary slightly on the physical garment depending on your screen settings and device configuration.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, limit sales quantities to any individual or geographic region, or discontinue any apparel item at any time without prior notice.

Section 3 - Order Acceptance, Pricing, & Billing

Right to Refuse: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order (even after confirmation) due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be processed back to your original source.

Taxes and Currency: All prices listed on our store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as displayed at checkout.

Section 4 - Fulfillment & Risk Transition

Shipping Terms: Estimated shipping and delivery timelines are non-guaranteed windows.

Transfer of Risk: Once your package is printed and handed over to our integrated domestic shipping carriers, the legal title and risk of loss pass onto the consumer. All missing or damaged shipments will be handled in accordance with our site-wide Shipping Policy.

All content hosted on this platform—including graphic vectors, streetwear typography layouts, apparel designs, source code, logos, and brand assets—is the exclusive intellectual property of Panda Paws.
