Thank you for shopping with Panda Paws! We operate on a print-on-demand and automated fulfillment model to ensure your garments are fresh and sustainably produced.

Below are the terms and timelines governing how your orders are processed and shipped across India.

1. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Because our apparel collection is custom-fulfilled upon order entry, items are not sitting pre-packaged in a warehouse.

Fulfillment Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for our production facility to print, quality-check, and pack your order before it is handed over to the courier.

Dispatch Notification: You will receive an automated email or SMS confirmation the moment your package leaves our fulfillment center.

2. Our Logistics Partners & Delivery Zones

We partner with reliable third-party fulfillment logistics to ensure your package arrives safely. All orders are dispatched via top-tier integrated domestic couriers, including:

Premium Couriers: Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post (for remote locations).

Coverage: We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. If a location is deemed unserviceable by our courier network, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is handed over to our courier partners, the estimated transit times are as follows:

Metro Cities: 2 to 5 business days post-dispatch.

Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days post-dispatch.

Note: Deliveries may occasionally face unexpected delays due to extreme weather conditions, regional holidays, or administrative disruptions. We appreciate your patience in these rare scenarios.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the final value of your cart and your delivery location.

Promotional Shipping: Any free-shipping thresholds or promotional flat rates will be applied automatically at the checkout screen.

5. Automated Order Tracking

We believe in complete transparency.

As soon as your order is picked up by the courier partner, an automated tracking link will be generated.

You can track your shipment live at any time directly through your Panda Paws profile page or via the tracking link sent to your registered email.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Your order is fully insured during transit.

If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier but you have not received it, or if the tracking stops updating entirely for more than 7 business days, please contact our escalation desk immediately.

Reach out to us at support@pandapaws.in within 48 hours of any delivery issue so we can investigate with the logistics provider and arrange a replacement or credit.
