Refund policy

At Panda Paws, we stand behind the quality of our streetwear. If your order isn't exactly what you expected, we offer a straightforward, hassle-free return process.

1. The 3-Day Return Window

You have 3 days (72 hours) from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Any requests made after this 3-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for processing.

2. Eligibility & Product Condition

To ensure your return is accepted, please ensure the item meets the following criteria:

Unused & Unworn: The product must be in the exact condition you received it—completely unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Tags Attached: All original brand tags and labels must remain completely intact and attached to the garment.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation number is required to process your request.

3. How to Start a Return

We keep our process simple and automated:

  1. Log into your profile at pandapaws.in.

  2. Navigate to your Orders page.

  3. Select the items you wish to return and follow the on-screen prompts to submit your request.

Free Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, our team will handle the logistics. We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address at absolutely no shipping cost to you.

4. Damages, Defective Items, and Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or completely incorrect item, contact us right away at support@pandapaws.in. We will prioritize evaluating the issue and making it right immediately.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from our standard return policy:

Custom Products: Special orders, altered apparel, or highly personalized items cannot be returned.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: Items purchased during clearance sales, final markdowns, or via gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to swap an item for a different size or color is to initiate a return on your current item. Once your return is received and accepted by our warehouse, you can independently place a fresh order for the new item on our storefront.

7. Refunds & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned garment at our fulfillment center, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time to post the transaction to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was officially approved and you have not received your funds, please contact our escalation team directly at support@pandapaws.in.
